Dehydrated Meals: What's Good and How to Do It

Dehydrated meals evoke memories of bland glop.  But they have really improved over the years.  The good thing about these, in a time of COVID lockdowns, shortages and crazies rioting; these dehydrated foods will keep for years in your pantry,, ready for power outages and other emergencies. On the downside, they are expensive, at least $10 to $15 per adult. I still think it's much better to cook a simple meal from fresh ingredients, but my kids like these:
